Lisa has spent over 20 years dedicated to helping individuals with all levels of mental health challenges, from anxiety disorder to schizophrenia, and everything in between. With years of experience interviewing people, Lisa gathers the relevant medical history respectfully addressing the whole person and then offers treatment strategies utilizing natural medicine and her unique combination of skills. With her bredth of education, Lisa is able to integrate her Western Psychology training, and her Eastern Medicine training.

This combination of training allows for truly comprehensive health care, which every individual deserves to have.

Lisa provides specialized treatments with an emphasis and expertise in combining acupuncture, herbs, supplements, nutrition, cognitive-behavioral and lifestyle counseling, as well as, guidance in living mindfully. She believes that addressing all aspects of a person’s lifestyle will lead to balance and ultimate wellness.

She has a passion and talent for Herbal Medicine and owns and operates a full size Chinese Herbal Pharmacy. Lisa creates herbal formulas that are specific to each person and offers them in a unique, concentrated liquid extract form and/or capsules. These herbal medicines allow her to safely treat pediatrics to the elderly in an affordable, user-friendly form. Our herbs are pesticide, sulfur, and contaminant free. We use the highest quality herbs to create the medicinal formulas that help support our patients on their path towards wellness.
